Neoskin Cream is a topical medication formulated to treat various skin conditions, particularly those involving inflammation and secondary infections. It combines antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory agents to provide comprehensive care for affected skin areas.

Active Ingredients:

• Clotrimazole (1.0%): An antifungal agent effective against a broad spectrum of fungi, including those causing conditions like athlete’s foot, ringworm, and candidiasis.
• Betamethasone Dipropionate (0.05%): A potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and itching associated with skin conditions.
• Neomycin Sulfate (0.5%): An antibiotic that combats bacterial infections, preventing or treating secondary bacterial infections in skin lesions.

Mechanism of Action:

• Clotrimazole: Inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol, a vital component of fungal cell membranes, leading to cell death.
• Betamethasone Dipropionate: Suppresses inflammatory responses by inhibiting the release of substances that cause inflammation.
• Neomycin Sulfate: Interferes with bacterial protein synthesis, leading to bacterial cell death.

Indications:

Neoskin Cream is commonly used for:

• Treatment of inflammatory skin conditions with secondary fungal or bacterial infections.
• Conditions such as:
  • Ringworm (Tinea corporis)
  • Athlete’s foot (Tinea pedis)
  • Jock itch (Tinea cruris)
  • Candidiasis (Yeast infections)
  • Dermatitis with secondary infections
  • Impetigo
  • Pruritus (itching) associated with skin conditions

Dosage and Administration:

• Apply a thin layer to the affected area 2–3 times daily.
• Gently rub in until the cream is absorbed.
• Continue use for the duration prescribed by a healthcare provider, typically not exceeding 2–4 weeks.

Contraindications:
