However, the true signature of Kouros lies in its powerful and complex base. Here, the warm, honeyed sweetness blends with a prominent, raw leather note and a strong, almost animalic civet accord, balanced by earthy oakmoss, creamy tonka bean, and sensual musk. It’s often described as soapy, clean (from the aldehydes), yet simultaneously “dirty” or animalic, making it a very unique and bold scent.
