1. No Returns on Opened or Used Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be issued only if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The order was cancelled before shipping

3. Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • Our team will review and process eligible claims promptly

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
 Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges unless the received item was incorrect or damaged.
