Usage Instructions
- Measure: Pour 20 ml (approximately 4 teaspoons) of undiluted mouthwash into a cup.

- Spit Out: Do not swallow the mouthwash.
- Frequency: Use twice daily, preferably morning and evening, after brushing.
- Post-Rinse: Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use to maximize effectiveness.
